Tikimaster.com Takes On Tikifocus.com

(Honolulu, Hawaii)… TikiMaster.com, a Hawaii-owned-and-operated virtual retail and wholesale supplier of tropical treasures found in and around the South Seas, has acquired the online company, TikiFocus.com. TikiFocus.com is one of the industry’s leading providers of tropical construction material. The May 2010 agreement between the companies is considered a win-win for both parties.

Jerome Coudrier, president and founder of TikiMaster.com, explains, “Acquiring TikiFocus.com is a natural fit for us. We are truly complementary companies. As the leader in tropical wood decorative accessories, carrying TikiFocus’ bamboo and thatch products adds great value to our product line.”

In the first phase of the agreement, TikiMaster.com is taking on the day-to-day operations of TikiFocus.com including overseeing the large projects division which includes resorts, theme parks, and zoo operations on the mainland. TikiFocus.com is a Web-based business with offices in California and Florida.

Greg Brill of TikiFocus concurs, “I was looking to spend more time with my family when this opportunity with TikiMaster came about. It is the perfect timing for me, since I still have plenty of time to work closely with Jerome, particularly in the initial phases.”
